Wow! So excited by this challenge. I've been away from the group (and from crafting in general) for a while as my husband got made redundant. Now he's back in work again and so am I, and a challenge like this is the perfect way to get things going.

So, I have a similar question to Morna - what can we class as junk? Is it anything that we no longer have a use for? Much of my fabric stash is recyled clothing but is it OK to use this?

Can't wait to get started. :O)

I would say that "junk" is something that you can no longer use for it's original intended purpose. So if the sweaters are ones that you wouldn't wear and would rather cut up then that qualifies :)
