I'm an artist working in felt, mixed media, recycled and found objects and materials. Mostly inspired by the environment and nature, I've been teaching adults and children for 10 years. I've recently had my first book publixhed in the UK and in the US - Scarves & Wraps, 25 designs inspired by nature.

Good luck with finding you way to Islington. I just know you have to go down the M4 until you reach London. We know that journey so well from Swindon to Essex. Advise you not to leave much before 7pm. The traffic has usually eased by then.

Jill, The linen I use is called Primitive linen. I also use monkscloth. It has very large holes in it compared to the regular fabric linen. Also I use a number 8 cut, which is 1/4 inch wide.

Thanks for your comment. I have never been to Cornwall but I can imagine that it must be beautiful.
I have used some of my batts in the needle felting that I have tried. I'm still learning with my needle felting and enjoying every minute.

dear jill thankx for the message. is ur dad still alive? may be u remeber the name of that company. i can find out whether they still exist.
we warp paint the cotton or silk warp first with pigment dyes and then complement with the predyed weft yars.
