Well I'm back from Scotland - my partner didn't get the job, so he is a little disappointed, but not devastated. I'm sort of relieved - I have just been diagnosed with Graves Disease, which is quite serious - and I'm now (thank goodness) on a treatment program, which has to be monitored. It looks like I don't have Sjogren's Syndrome which I am very pleased about, so all I have to do now is keep taking the pills, watch out for potentially fatal side effects (yes really! but very rare, fortunately… Continue

My first entry on this blog is to say I won't be blogging for a while, LOL! MY partner has a job interview 6 hundred miles away in Scotland, as it's so far we're going for a week to make a short holiday out of it. As soon as I get back I'm off to see the specialist about my thyroid and possible Sjogren's Syndrome, then two days after that I see the physio about my shoulder (I wrenched it badly a couple of years ago and it refuses to heal properly so I don't have full movement).
