Thanks Stephanie. I´m sorry I haven't my blog translated, but I haven't much time. Actualy, I shoult upload more pics, of new stuff..someday!
I'ts white clay, from DAS. I like to wear it 'cause it doesn't need to bake, and can be corrected after hardening. Now I want to try polymer clays, 'cause it´s smother and may aloud me to do dolls not so big (the ones in DAS have around 50cm tall)..

Thanks for everithing. I'll try to translate..hehe

Thanks so much for you comment. Yes she is a cutie (I was secretly wanting to keep her but when my mom was in the hospital on Monday I brought her in to show her and as soon as the dr. walked in he bought her!!!!!! Thank you for the props. and I too really love your work. Question, what material do you use for your dolls? I see some that might be in clay?

Thanks for the probs.

Hi Susana, I won't bother with the Babel Fish translator, I'm sure it comes out sounding silly. Welcome to this group, I hope you find some fun groups and good support here. Your dolls are wonderful.

Sintra- Portugal
About Me:

Born in Oeiras, Portugal, year of 1979. Since my early years I’ve been into arts. Lived a few years in Évora until 2002, when I finished my degree in Plastic Arts, and showed my work in some exhibitions. Came back to Lisbon and than Sintra, a place I always have loved for the magical, romantic and “faery” ambience, which I think started to show in my creations. At same time I took some learning about presentation and decoration, a complement to create ambient. In 2006 I started to recreate some old dolls, dressing, fixing and changing them, and than to create them too. I also took some lessons about working with a loom, natural dye and hand felted wool. Those were a great help for my creations, and I’m looking forward to learn more and more. Besides dolls, I keep painting on canvas, walls and furniture, decorating show windows, and, with some time I have between, knitting, walking in the woods and working for money to pay the rent...this last one takes a lot of time, actually…
