How do you present your art work ?

Hi Helen I find this discussion on presentation very interesting. There seems to be many ways to present fibre art. I have never framed my work and like the idea of my art being a challange to the ...

About Me:
Hello everbody. I am a fibre artist who works with all natural fibres (wool, alpaca, and silk). I have been addicted to wet felt making for the past four years. I work on many large peices that are inspired by the unique colours, lights, and textures in my bush surroundings. I love creating art that is useful as well as being beautiful to look at. I look forward to meeting all of you and talking about the art that we make.

Incredible work, Teresa, and I read on your Etsy site: "All of my felt is hand made using solar power, wood fire heat, and my energy, so it is very very green. The colours and textures of my surrounding bush has an enormous influence on my art work."

Fantastic! Wonderful work AND a wonderful philosophy--which you are living by!

thanks for being my friend in art! I will look to seeing what you create. The description of the springtime scents in the air sounds wonderful. I wish Australia(?) was not so far from the US.

It is amazing what creativity can spring from an "enforced" chance of circumstances ... I wonder how working in miniature style will change your perception --- how about trying something really tiny you never had the patience too before...

Enjoy making the Most of what you got :-)

Never sure if I am leaving messages in correct place - so here goes again - Congratulations on your well-deserved award - your work is quite beautiful. I'd love to see it in person. We all know that the photo often does not do justice to the actual, tactile piece of fiber art.
