Above, I've added a slideshow of a 6X6" piece in progress--from underpainting to stitching. I'll add as I go. Also in that show is the progress of Autumn--from sketch to paint to stitch. I'll keep documenting the going--thanks for the encouragement and all the good questions! Now--go stitch up the place! Some of my KC Art Institute students have been asking about "process". It's something I take so for granted that I often forget to illuminate it.
